Utah... it's been a while....

It's amazing what kind of growth an area can make in 3 years!  It's been way too long since we made our trek to Utah.  As I was driving the scenic route home one night from my in-laws it seemed like every corner I took was another mind blowing demolish or new building.  I think the most amazing was the new campus dorms on BYU and the new Provo City Center Temple (btw, I think that is a horrid name for the new temple, just say'n).  So good to see Utah alive and well!  We had a most amazing trip and just loved every minute of it.  I ate... and ate... and ate, visited a ton with great family and even had a mini vacation with in my Utah vacation, I don't even know what to call that!  I will up date as I go along this next week, but here are a few pics to keep you interested :)

I consider my self one lucky girl because I was an only child for the last 5 years of my time at home (since I'm the baby of the family) and I got to have my parents all to my self!  Me and the kids got up to Utah 2 weeks before Justin came along and my first night there after I put the kids to bed, I looked at my parents and said, "Isn't this nice... just like old times.. the 3 of us back together again!"  I LOVED IT!!  I was able to cook lots of meals with my Daddy, my mom played with Carter so I could actually cook and we just all around had a good time with Grandma and Grandpa!
Carter called my Daddy papa... he also called my Mom papa.  Since we have been home he keeps asking me where papa is.  I'm not sure which one he is talking about, but I know he misses being there!
On the day we picked up Justin from the airport, we headed down to SLC to see the new City Creek shopping center. WOW is that thing pretty!  We then headed across the street to see the temple.  The boys loved being so close to it.

I love to see the temple!
